The right support starts with the life you want to lead. A CarePal is a care and support worker matched around your needs, interests and routine. You might want more company, a helping hand at home or someone alongside you for the things you enjoy.

Think about what you would welcome help with and what you want to keep doing yourself. You do not need to arrive with a finished plan. Tell us what matters, and we can talk through the support that may fit.

• Appointments and outings: practical support for agreed activities and the places that matter to you.

• Planned breaks for family carers: regular support shaped around the individual while family carers make time for other commitments.

A match you have a say in

We take time to understand the whole person, including interests, personality, routines and communication preferences. You review suitable CarePal profiles, help choose whom to meet and meet before support begins. Family or trusted people can join in where you want this.

We aim for a dedicated CarePal, or a small consistent team where appropriate, so there is time to build familiarity. The same individual cannot be guaranteed for every visit. Read more about how matching works.

Let’s talk about what would help

Our minimum visit is two hours, with a minimum support package of six hours per week. Both minimums apply.

There is no upfront matching fee. Payment begins when a suitable CarePal is in place and support starts, in line with your agreement.

We welcome enquiries across the UK and check your postcode, suitability and CarePal availability. The exact activities are agreed for the individual package. Personal-care, medication, specialist, children’s and live-in or overnight requirements need a separate review. This is planned support, not an emergency or immediate-start service.
