We help case managers and deputies source suitable workers for agreed everyday support roles. Matching considers the individual’s preferences, relevant experience, communication style, routines, location and availability.
The client and professional remain involved in reviewing profiles and meeting potential CarePals. We explain the proposed contractual arrangements and responsibilities before work begins. Requests involving personal care, medication or specialist duties require a separate suitability and scope check.
Package-specific sourcing
Package-specific sourcing and matching, with timescales confirmed after reviewing the brief and local availability. An acquired injury may form part of the background to a brief; this does not mean Happiest at Home provides rehabilitation or clinical treatment.
Before work begins
Discuss the proposed role, hours, location, timing, individual preferences and relevant risks with the team. Ask for the current professional agreement, including the responsibilities of each party, charges and any employment or replacement arrangements, before proceeding.
We do not promise rapid mobilisation, a particular outcome, a fixed replacement period or an employment model on the basis of an initial enquiry.
