Finding regular company that suits you

If you would like more regular company, start with the conversations, interests and activities you enjoy. People want different kinds of companionship, and the individual’s preferences should guide the discussion.

Choosing whom to meet

Happiest at Home discusses suitable CarePal profiles with you. You help choose whom to meet and meet before support starts. Matching is not a treatment for loneliness or a promise of a particular health outcome.

We take time to understand your support needs, interests, routines and communication preferences before sharing suitable CarePal profiles. You help choose whom to meet and meet before support starts. We aim for a dedicated CarePal, or a small consistent team where appropriate, so there is time to build familiarity and trust. The same individual cannot be guaranteed for every visit.

Tell us about any personal-care, medication or specialist requirements. These need a separate suitability and scope check under the current arrangements before anything is agreed.

Our minimum visit is two hours, with a minimum support package of six hours per week. There is no upfront matching fee. Payment begins when a suitable CarePal is in place and support starts, in line with your agreement.

Support is subject to suitability, agreed arrangements and CarePal availability. This is planned regular support, not an emergency or immediate-start service.
